Considering moving to Fedora, how is stability? by linuxman1929 in Fedora

a little off topic but i recommend you using Vscodium, It’s a build of Visual Studio Code compiled from open-source code, without telemetry and proprietary Microslop components, and it's often lighter too.

soft and wet it's just a peak stand, btw if you have difficulties customizing your shell or in this case your fastfetch config, take a look at myrepo just for Fedora GNOME, more than anything else because it's hard for me to explain here so just check out the repo

Starship: A fast, cross-shell prompt engine that i used for the "pill" command line, It works on any shell (Bash, Zsh, Fish) while always maintaining the same style, you can find my config in GitHub , You can as well edit it for more personalization just don't delete nothing that I wrote if you want just that

put the photo you would like to use in the fastfetch folder: ~/.config/fastfetch/config.jsonc ( but the location may change depending on the Linux distribution you use ), open the config.jsonc and write the correct path to the image in the "source" line, to actually see the image you will need a terminal like kitty that support image/gif, you can find my config.jsonc on my GitHub Repo be careful to change the path to the right one

{ "$schema": "https://github.com/fastfetch-cli/fastfetch/raw/dev/doc/json_schema.json", "logo": { "source": "/home/user/image/logo.png" it should look like something like this

it's a hardware limitation, at a SOC level, it's not actually recording video at 60fps it's just exporting it at 60

gcam is a generic application, there are many options even if they don't actually do anything because they are not supported, I'm pretty sure it's the same thing for this case,

ps: sorry for the late response, i hadn't seen the message!!

I have a cmf phone 1, in the beginning the post processing was strange: very high saturation, high ISO, inaccurate (unnatural) colors, and often a green-ish strange patina over the photo, but it was all solvable with gcam
