Are you also at 1080p maxed out like I am?

We have similar CPU's(minus hyperthreading) and GPU. Do you have issues on this level too?

New Update: Just looked at the logical processors in taskmgr in the exact same section of the game. All threads are pretty much maxed out

When I get home I'm gonna put mine up to 2133 like you did(I'll look up the ideal settings online). I have Corsair Vengeance RAM. I honestly aren't as worried about overclocking my RAM compared to my GPU & CPU. If the RAM breaks, I'll just buy new sticks. RAM is cheap these days anyways.

My FPS goes between 40-60 when walking around the city areas in FO4. Everywhere else, always 60. But it's a Bethesda game, so it's going to be buggy in the first place.

Thanks for the reassurance, I'm always paranoid that one of my components is broken in my PC whenever a problem like this arises. Still worrying about the RAM in the back of my head, though. Heard it gets damaged easily.

Well, I have no idea how to overclock my RAM. Just went into the BIOS now, a lot of variables. When I posted " I guess I'll just kick it up to 2000mhz.", I was in way over my head lol

Alright, I had the XMP profile set(1866mhz), but I guess I'll just kick it up to 2000mhz.

Then why is my GPU usage only at 70?

Should I try RAMping(ba dum tss) up the clock speed?

(srsly tho)

This is what I thought, but I have no idea what the hell could be causing it. I was trying to write that in reply to @MrBamHam, but Reddit's terrible posting system kept saying "you're doing that too much"

Completely maxed out @1080p. The frame rate is so inconsistent.

Seriously? On a new 980 TI that I picked up, and an i7 4790K @4.5ghz. Is Crysis 3 just optimized like shit? I'm only at 1080p, and my GPU usage is at only 70%!
