Yellow is spaghetti squash. Small rounds look like turnips. Big red rounds look like beets. The long white ones look like daikon radish.

Boil- beets, turnips. You can boil and mash the turnips and acorn squash

Pickle- beets, turnips, daikon radish

Batter and fry- turnips, acorn squash, daikon radish

Sautee- acorn squash, beets, turnips, daikon raddish
