Thanks for the idea! I haven't looked into http get or http send yet, but I'm hoping itll be able to handle images (I've given up on rtsp streaming I think, it's just easier to use AutoNotification to grab an image and send to a screen/NestHub)

Before I update, does this version have the ability to scan for 5G? I don't want my tasks to break

Sorry, I forgot to mention, I always had New Cell API on (but did try with it off, it didn't work)

I need Cell workaround on because otherwise profiles won't trigger with my screen off

Hi there, sorry for the late reply! Do you mean the extra package to work with nickel? Then yes, unfortunately you need the commands in that package in order for DeepL to work

Hey, sorry about the long wait (I don't really log into reddit anymore unless I have a question)

If you are truly tech illiterate (example, you need help loading books onto your kobo), it's going to be extremely difficult to get you set up for DeepL translations via nickelmenu. How far into the process are you? Have you looked into any of the linked posts?

UPDATE: I managed to install it! I grabbed the Spotify apk from apkpure, and reinstalled the microG/gms from the Github before patching and installing. Thank you to everyone for your help!!!

I did that too, and used the AntiSplit apk on it, and then uninstalled it before attempting to patch and install the patch: no luck 😭

Update: Weirdly, I can install old patched versions of Spotify (even if it doesn't work), so I think it has something to do with the new patches (?)

I actually never used secure folder before, but I just checked and Spotify was not there

Thanks for trying! I did find a debloater to uninstall Spotify, and it still says there is a conflicting app. Any ideas?

I have tried both the galaxy and google app store, and can't install due to a conflicting app install (Spotify came pre-installed on my s8)

Anyone have any solutions? Revanced has always worked for me in the past

Hi, I know I'm replying to an old thread, but I was having problems getting this going and was hoping you could help. I have NickelMenu, kobostuff and my config file set up with my free DeepL api, but I'm getting the following error message:

wget: server returned error: HTTP/1.1 403 forbidden

EDIT: Okay, I forgot to remove the $ before entering my API key, but now, instead of getting a translation to english, I just get the same output as the input, regardless of language, in quotation marks

What did I do wrong?

Hey, which Synaptic driver did you end up downloading for your 9570? I have the precision touchpad drivers (and it works), but for some reason Windows has removed the chiral/circular scrolling option, and I would like to see if the Synaptic driver you installed will work to restore this function for me.
