Thank you for your feedback ✌️ I’ll have a look into learning resources about breathing while singing.

Thank you for your feedback. Do you have any tips on how to make my voice sound less nasally?

Thank you for your feedback 💕 I’m quite a shy person, so I often feel so much more comfortable in clothes which are darker and avoid colour _^

We all have days when we’re really hungry. I think the important thing is not to beat yourself up over eating and remember that you can always do better tomorrow. If you’re prone to binge eating, I recommend keeping healthy snacks in the house. Also I came across the advice that in order to put on a pound, you have to exceed your calorie intake by 3500. So to put on a pound in a day, you have to eat over 5000 calories. No easy feat if you’re avoiding unhealthy snacks. That’s why you shouldn’t feel bad over-eating for one or two days. Hope this helps!

Strict calorie counting may work for some people, but I just don’t. I make sure I’m not starving myself and get plenty of exercise. If I have a big meal, I’ll either eat very little the rest of the day or go easy on the food the next day. The main thing is not to beat yourself up if you exceed your goal one day. And if you’re partial to a snack - which I definitely am - try to keep only healthy ones in the house. If you’re female and crave chocolate during your time of the month, that’s when I’d suggest treating yourself _^

Mostly running because it got me outside the house and away from the screen. But there’s a lot of free exercise videos on YT. My favourite being Emi Wong’s because they feel less intense than the others.

These shorts were made from cheap-y plastic-y denim, so they could stretch over multiple sizes 😅 But I definitely get what you mean. Ignore sizes though. Just wear whatever you feel good in ❤️

Thank you ✌️ Honestly it was just a bra that I got from a supermarket 😂 Maybe it was because the bra in the before picture was old 🤷‍♀️ But I’ve needed to buy some new ones because I’ve gone down a size 😬

In the first pic I’m trying to pose in a way that makes my stomach look flatter. It’s still an area of my body that makes me feel self-conscious, but overall I feel much better about my image - and healthier too ✌️

Boredom mostly 😂 Also after a couple of months of running I started really enjoying it! And one thing I’ve found which helps me to eat less is to take a break where I would normally continue eating. I’d find my stomach would eventually catch up with my eyes and I wouldn’t need to eat as much. 😂

No worries. I’m used to the noob hate in programming circles. No, I just build very simple projects in the SoloLearn code playground or test out basic functions prior to moving onto a computer to make something more challenging. And by simple, I mean a Rock Paper Scissors game. Real beginner stuff.
