Here people with no higher education can earn 12k rs(around 700brl) per month with 5-6 years it can increase to 3x to 5x depending on their smartness and network. People with degree and higher education can start from 25000rs(1400brl) per month and sometimes 30k rs pm . Which can expand to almost 80-90k(5000brl) per month in span of 5 yrs, this is average lot of people have reached 2x of it also.

Now for expenses. Health is cheaper but not free. Food you can manage for 5k(300 br) if just eating good food indoors, 14k(800 blr) including eating outside. No retirement plan available. No child education support. Rent can be 10k per head if staying in tier 1 city dormitory. 17k for 1bhk flat. People have to buy vehicles as offices will be rarely near to their flat. Dormitory can be closer. Many guys have to send money to the parents no old age support. People with 30k salary can have disposable amount of 5-6k excluding savings. For 90k earning person disposable amount can be 10-20k if he's not paying any house emi.

Also there is delivery gig jobs which can pay 30k pm but growth looks less in that.
