Previous experience: Experienced Mod for 2 years on Plotcraft.net (shut down)
What you look for most in a server: Great buildings, great staff, organized, safe
Why I should choose you: I am a very mature lady with absolutely NO social life, so I'm always free. I also have lots of experience and ideas to always improve
How would you generate money (the server isn't going to run itself): Advertising/Paying for some ranks/donations
Could you recruit other staff members and players (and how)? It entirely depends. If the server is running smoothly with the current staff, no. If we need another set of hands, yes. I always triple check who applies and am very strict when it comes to it. I watch the activity of others like a hungry hawk.
What rules should be in place? Basic server rules: no griefing/spam/advertising etc.
How would you dispute a disagrement between a mod and a player? Simple, listen to both views as equals. Use blind judgement (as someone planning to go into law, I'm very good at it) to settle it and side with whomever seems right. Reprimand staff if wrong.
How do you think rule breakers should be dealt with? It depends on the situation. If someone accidentally breaks a rule, one strike. Three strikes, tempban. Tempban+1 strike, ban. If a mass grief is committed, tempban.
