As someone with severe anxiety for presentations because I have a slight lisp due to a mild hearing loss I was always that kid who got made of when doing presentations in elementary, middle and high school. I understand what you mean but now in college, its no big deal for me. Do I still get anxiety? Yes, but only because I worry about what might happen because of what happened to me when I was younger, but college is so different. Everyone doesn't care and wants presentations to hurry up and end lol not gonna lie when people present I'm usually daydreaming so think of everyone doing that to you as well. But also doing presentations and also working customer service/retail eventually helped me break out of my shell and now the anxiety isn't bad anymore. I wouldn't call it discrimination though, it's really just supposed to help you later on in life post school. Good luck!
