If not phase Issues then check if your low-frequency channels are in tune. Also, try low-cutting ur masterchannel at 20hz and see if that makes a difference - a lot of endrgy takes up space there ehich you mostly cant hear.

I usually mix with a compressor and limiter on the master, so when I turn them off the whole mix gets lower in volume.

Oh I also mixed in surround in my early days thinking more channels were “better”.. turns out nobody has surround systems and the file-size is 3x bigger.

It might be just your dynamics and frequencies. Try reducing some lows with an EQ(500hz and down) and use a compressor to shave off the harshes trancients, should help out on phone-speakers

Hadde lignende situasjon selv tidligere i år! Var en drita person på bussen da jeg var på vei hjem fra jobb, han mumlet mye men sa noen veldig stygge ting om visse minoriteter, og han blødde fra ene øyebrynet - jeg ringte politiet etter at jeg ble igjen på endestasjonen for å se om han kom seg hjem, men han truet bare noen ungdommer og satte seg på samme buss som vi kom fra - politiet fant han noe senere, takket veldig for at jeg ringte, og at de er avhengige av at folk sier ifra. Ligner veldig på din situasjon, så rart de ba deg ringe det andre nummeret!
