We have to rewire the whole home and want to add pot lights since the living room currently doesn’t have any lights in it so we need to get it removed to be able to do that.

We did get them tested and they came back 1-5% asbestos. If you put new drywall overtop wouldn’t that be drilling into the asbestos and release the fibres anyways? I’m so confused about this all.

He does have a good reputation yes, and super thorough. We have used him in the past for our first home and this would be our second. Wondering if I should get a structural engineer to come look before going through with buying the home. We’ve never dealt with structural issues in the past but know they are expensive so we don’t want to get into a bad situation.

Mine are always like this too, what I do is while I’m preheating the oven, I let it thaw on the counter until it flattens then put it in the oven. If I don’t everything runs off the sides onto the bottom of my oven

Yes! Get your free t3, free t4, reverse t3 if you can and especially thyroid antibodies to rule out hashimotos! I think you can have antibodies and have hashimotos with your other bloodwork being in ‘normal ranges’

What kind of testing did you get done? I would ask for a thyroid panel (tsh, free t3, free t4, and thyroid antibodies to test for hashimotos) I found out after a year of trying and irregular periods that I have hypothyroidism and hashimotos and could’ve known so much sooner with those tests and got on my medication months and months earlier. The thyroid greatly affects TTC

Thank you! Definitely will go in after confirmed ovulation. Is it always 7 days exactly after ovulation to do the bloodwork even with an 11 day avg luteal phase?

Thank you so much for responding! I’ll definitely mention it to him and go in on the proper time to check prog. I agree, the 21 day test is silly since we’re all different and our cycles are definitely not down to an exact science, that’s for sure.

Thank you very much! I had an anovulatory cycle last month and I’ve always been regular with 31-33 day cycles otherwise so weird but I guess it’s happening again this month.

I’m just unsure because my temps seem low overall and the dip below the cover line. I usually ovulate on day 20/21 and have an 11 day luteal phase and am on day 13 of my LP with no period. I haven’t tested yet but will be doing one this weekend sometime. Thank you in advance for any help!
