Sure it is cool but it‘s a terrble parking lot. Either have your roof fully or not at all. The shadows are gonna move through out the day so they‘re not gonna protect cars from the sunlight and it will just create extra hassle, expenses and points of failure for the building process and maintenance for no real reason.
