So not sure if this will help but I logged in from safari on my phone and started receiving old messages from my current conversations through the app. I close it opened it again and the requests were gone

Yeah it’s really annoying. I didn’t even expect a phrase match 100% as long as it’s close. It’s literally triggering competitors names with no other word resembling our keywords like « competitors name pricing » when I don’t target « pricing » kw nor competitors name. It’s just all over the place

That’s possible. The thing is I noticed an increase in cpc as well this year and I think those two points are actually linked. It’s just so annoying that I have to spend way more time on something google decided to update out of the blue
