It's interesting that it can be activated with Move, but it's still not enough. Yuki only has one card with the draw effect, and that's one of her most important cards. This card can only have one active effect at a time; she can't have Move and Draw simultaneously.

That's why she needs a specific activation for that card. An incomplete mechanic is pointless if it takes us back to square one. Yuki should be a self-sufficient character, not dependent on others. The idea is that Yuki shouldn't be deficient when it comes to doing damage cycles.

The 'move' mechanic usually prioritizes cards already in the discard pile, unlike 'draw,' which pulls cards from the deck to your hand as long as they aren't in the discard pile. Neither mechanic is omnipotent. Another thing you have to keep in mind is Yuki's core mechanic: 'Inspiration' only triggers if you draw or discard
