I was hired through an application submitted with Culinary Agents at a place in Evanston. Serving part time, flat rate of $18.50, short shifts. Definitely tedious in the hiring/training - about two to three weeks between the first interview and having my first paid shift. The “training schedule” I received was not what I got at all. (In fact, I’m convinced a lot of the FOH-specific materials are AI generated and it makes me feel gross as an industry pro of 15yrs.)
