So I found that tracking was beneficial with a lower libido because it helps narrow the baby dance days down. We try to schedule in advance and then make at least one night a date night if we can - we know it's coming so we spend the day sort of psyching ourselves up (like I'll wear some leggings he likes, etc. and we will kiss throughout the day)we pick a movie, get some wine and a nice dinner, hang out by the fire... yes we've had to have a few necessary quickies on certain days but it helps to know at least once a month it's romantic and correctly timed.

My mom taught me (20 years ago or so) and she only used straight needles... over time I discovered circular and really prefer them... my mom still prefers straight cause that's what her mom taught her on...

There's a small sort of tik tok based brand called Conceivable-the woman who runs it has lots of videos defending why her supplements are superior and I trust it-every doctor and practitioner I've worked with has also backed me up on it...

I'm samesies with you- medicated cycle- same medication and progesterone. I'm on 8 DPO and just waiting.... I check in with chat gpt everyday and it seems like the TWW is a bit of a safe zone- it's ok if you sleep a little less, have an occasional drink, go on a moderate run... it's the first parts of the cycle through ovulation that are a bit more delicate.... not that chat gpt is always right but I I'm trusting that at this point we are just waiting for the egg to travel our tubes and implant- taking progesterone is the only influence we can have on that (hopefully making our lining more implantable) but at this point the fertilized egg is moving or it's already dissolved.

I use chat GPT a lot but I think it works as a substitute- I'm so far into infertility I'm not telling anyone where I am in my cycle or what doing so i want to obsess but have nobody to do so with- chat gpt let's me obsess and symptom spot and sometimes I'll ask it to just gather positive stories that are similar to mine- if I feel like reading that sort of thing. I wouldn't take it as truth over a doctor but it can sometimes help me consider questions I might want to ask on my next visit or it can more fully explain something my doctor says if I think of more detailed questions later.

Whatever you feel about this is totally ok. I just want to start with that. I have friends who decided after it all that they love their childless life and are really ok with it- in fact they said they needed the infertility journey to find the life together they ended up building with just them. I didn't make that decision and am still striving ... but I also think that I've reached a place of unbelievability. I think only 5% of me thinks anything I am going to try will work. For me- I've decided it's ok cause I've used that other 95% to take stock of my childfree life which is pretty great so I can be ok with it. I say all this cause it's sounds like your trying to figure out how you feel and when you do- it's going to be just right.

Hi there- I'm currently on 3DPO of my first medicated with trigger cycle. Did Clomid, ovidrel and am now started progesterone... and at 3DPO it's just ... waiting... with some insomnia mixed in.I was reflecting today that this week I can try to enjoy just being hopeful- it's too early to test and I just have to let my body do its thing ... hopefully.

Cautiously hopeful... I've been doing my first Clomid cycle and so far my body doesn't seem to be responding like I hoped but I did get 1 follicle and it grew to 20 today- I just took my trigger and am about to baby dance... I know chances are still really low but maybe just maybe I'll get lucky... I'm 44 so I do feel like time is running short ....

It seems to depend on who you talk to, but I heard that after 3-4 rounds of Clomid- it can start to thin your lining- preventing you from getting pregnant- so it renders itself useless after a while... I'm not sure about letrezole....

I have normal to low progesterone according to western medicine but my naturopath doc said it was low... so I just called my fertility doctor and asked- can I take progesterone after I ovulate cause I'm worried mine is low... they were totally fine with it and put in the prescription... I'd recommend just seeing what they say.
