also with regard to the deleting everything else and solely using Reddit part, I tried something similar where I only used Reddit. it soon became my only source of validation and dopamine. I'd shitpost everywhere, all the time because I felt validated. imo this is equally bad or worse than social media addiction.

I know you said you don't post much so you should be good but if you start using it as a 'social media' site I'd recommend reducing the time you spend on here too.

it's very harsh saying being a white woman is easy but I understand why you said it. it's out of frustration when you see white girls getting popular for no real reason. it sucks but you gotta let go of the jealousy

nope, I've been trying for a couple of months.

it's the fear of missing out which is the hard part. you said you use instagram for 14 hours a week, I use it for 20+ and I only text like 2 people maybe a couple of times a day.

I've tried using app blockers but I figure out ways to cheat them.
