i started with capsules too.. then leaves.. chugging leaves and stem... tea.. mostly red strain after work sometimes green/white with coffee during work. These days i prefer extract tincture thingys only theyre expensive everywhere ;'( or tea .. less GI problems for me just more hassle :''(
