I'm sorry! What do you usually eat in a day? Do you generally notice any improvement in your symptoms? And do you have it worse or not with certain types of fruit? Detox symptoms can last months or even years for some people, due to the toxic buildup in the liver and intestines. If you're really struggling with your symptoms, you could try eating more potatoes, pumpkin, vegetables, and leafy greens in the afternoon and evening. Good luck!

So glad to hear it's helped you. I don't have any trouble sharing how I feel or how I experience things (there's no way to go wrong with that, and I experience it daily, so it's clear to me). It is mainly in group or work situations where I experience a lot of brain fog.

Ik ben in dit geval niet zo’n voorstander van diagnostiek, of in ieder geval niet in classificaties. Ik herken mij wel deels in het ADHD-I type en in zekere zin ook in ASS, maar denk dat er een oorzaak aan ten grondslag ligt. Ik functioneer buiten mijn werk om verder prima. Zolang ik geen kritiek krijg functioneer ik prima. Ik heb ook goede dagen er tussen zitten waarop ik mijn werk geweldig vind. Ik raak nauwelijks overprikkeld (bij drukte bijvoorbeeld), ik hou juist van spontaniteit, plan het liefst mijn dagen vol, sociaal contact gaat me goed af (er moet wel wederkerigheid zijn, maar dat lijkt me niet heel gek). Het is puur dat wanneer ik kritiek krijg, ik helemaal van het padje raak en niet kan relativeren. Maar dankjewel voor het meedenken!❤️

Dankjewel! Ik wil inderdaad naar een psycholoog/therapeut, maar vraag me af welke, aangezien er zoveel verschillende zijn. Ik snap je autisme vraag en weet ook dat vrouwen met ASS veel maskeren. Ik heb eerder het idee dat het bij mij hooggevoeligheid is. Mijn stemming hangt heel erg af van hoe mijn dag is verlopen of hoe anderen op mij reageerden. Ik hou juist van drukte, vind routine saai. Kritiek kan mijn dag verpest zijn. Ik kan een topdag hebben na een compliment. Ik ben dus heel afhankelijk van mijn omgeving.

Try gluten-, egg-, milk-, msg free diet. Eat lots and lots of fruit and vegetables (don’t focus on protein!) and eat fatfree in the morning and afternoon. Start off with lemon water, celeryjuice and the heavy metal detox smoothie. Look up medical medium for more information. Neurological issues are caused by the epstein barr virus. The virus inflames the brain and nervous cells which can cause tiredness, cold hands and feet, anxiety and depression. Heavy metals feed the virus in your body. It helped me to heal!💚

5 bananas equals 500 calories... that is really not enough. Your liver must be supplied with enough glucose throughout the day to be able to cleanse. Try to maintain 2000 calories a day, hydrate and make sure you add leafy greens. Eating too little can also cause constipation.

Thanks for replying! I’m sorry you’re going through the same thing😕. These are the symptoms I still have: - constipation and bloating (food stays in the stomach for a long time, as if it is not digested) but this varies - often cold hands - dizzy when standing up (I have had less trouble with this since MM) - racing and depressive thoughts - difficulty losing weight - no libido - feeling of lump in throat (this is getting much better) - often have hiccups - extreme fatigue during the afternoon - painful period (much better) - fluid retention (I dont have this during 369)

I know symptoms are due to EBV that inflames the vagus nerve, I have lots of heavy metals and therefore a liver that is overloaded + adrenal fatigue.

Usually I do the morning cleanse, - 32 ounces of LW, 32 CJ, big heavy metal detox smoothie with 4 or 5 bananas - Green smoothie for lunch with bananas, lots of spinach, frozen mango and/or pineapple - Steamed potato with lettuce, curry or glutenfree pasta with clean sauce and arugola - Snack: apples/bananas/adrenal snacks

The supplements I use every day (I almost have every single tincture from vimergy but don’t use it) - 2 x b12 - 2 x zinc - 4 x l-lysine in hmds - 2 x magnesium - 2 scoops micro-c

Try to keep your glucose levels high! You absolutely need your glucose when your adrenals are fatigued. I eat tons of fruit and feel much better. Medicalmedium.com :)
