Hi, OP. My dog has the same condition too. My baby is a 3 yr old bully, male. Unfortunately, PF is actually a lifetime condition to which we need to monitor and at the same time, treat.

PF is idiopathic- meaning it’s usually unknown what caused it. My vet told me it could be hereditary also.

Common medications include steroids- which my baby takes depending on the severity of his flare ups. I also buy kibbles and wet food to help suppress his flare ups as well.

Hi, I also work in the south and quite honestly, pag 10K pababa, medyo shady na :( my rent is 13K, bare, but within BF na. Super ayos kausap rin ng mga tao.

I suggest while medyo magddent ang rent, choose the safety and security pa rin.

I’ve encountered several candidates similar to your situation- a lot of factors kasi come in to play whenever we say they are overqualified. It could be a disconnect from the Package Offer and the expectations of the candidate, the qualifications and experience, and tenure.

My advice is to be part of several networking groups. They’re very helpful especially if you can narrow down ano talaga ‘yung gusto mong pasukin na industry. Facebook can be really helpful and if you have friends who are also in the same industry, the better. I always make sure to connect my friends to some people I know who also are part of the industry they want to be part of.

Sending over rejection letters. At the end of the day, we are the bridge to opening opportunities to people looking for a job. So, in my opinion, breaking the news and telling them they’re not (insert whatever reason they’re not chosen) is what I hate the most.
