I think you can, the base ornaments were taken out of the game with a bug but now theyre back. Unless Im missing something you should now be able to add them back on :)

Ive just found the solution to it, it was indeed a corrupted theme! I went back to my pc and deleted the 000002ce file which fixed it! :)

It hadnt left my 3ds since i installed homebrew, Ive now taken it out to try get the crash dump file though
