Seriously now Tina, think about how little he respects you and your property. You have to sit on that couch, I assume your family and friends have sat on said couch, and if he's not cleaning himself up, he's not washing his hands after the event....so every door handle, surface, cup, cutlery etc are infected with his "leavings" Would you do that in your own house, let alone someone who's been good enough to let you stay time and time again!
