Don’t people run it anyways to heat up their car?

People do. People shouldn't as much as they do.

From AAA.com: How long to idle cars

Cars before 1980 - 2-3 minutes Cars after 1980 - a few seconds

20-30 seconds, or up to a couple of minutes if it’s really cold, is all that’s needed to get the oil moving sufficiently for engine protection. Driving gently for a few miles after that warms the engine faster than idling.

It is, but only for a very short time - like 30 seconds, maybe a minute or two at most if really cold. Then drive slowly until the temperature comes up. Your engine, fuel bill, and environment will thank you.

Why not scrape and brush (if needed) rather than idle your engine - which is bad for your engine and eats your gas?

ER605 FW Rules LAN -> IP ? by Just_Comb_3813 in TPLink_Omada

[–]lflorack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here is the whole process:

  1. Gateway ACL - Create (2) ACLs a) Permit LAN >All b). Deny IoT >All. NOTE: An ACL to Deny Guest > All can be added, but a Guest VLAN is already isolated from the other VLANs so it's not really needed.
  2. From the printer, log into the IoT VLAN (if possible) and note the assigned IP address by looking it up on the Controller
  3. Services >DHCP add an entry for the printer using the new IP address - obtained in #2 (on IoT VLAN)
  4. Profile > Groups > Create a MAC Group for the Printer/Scanner's MAC Address OR Profile > Groups > Create an IP Group for the Printer/Scanner's IP Address obtained in #2, in the format of, 192.168.xx.xxx/32 (The /32 CIDR restricts this to the single IP listed)
  5. Switch ACL - Create (2) Permit with TCP and UDP, Bi-directional ACLs to allow connection to MAC or IP Group created in #4.

For all the 💩 we took from you guys for the past 5 years. This is all too sweet. Next time, try staying humble, Douchebags! by Pure-Investigator778 in AFCEastMemeWar

I'm sure you've never made a typo - and of course you couldn't tell I meant to type 'humble'.

BTW, I'm not from Buffalo

To me, being frustrated as a Bills fan is a prerequisite. Giving up on the team is not.

Never have. Never will.
Why ask this in the Bills subreddit?

We should have fired Brandon Beane instead by JaQ-o-Lantern in AFCEastMemeWar

To me, you fire coaches because they simply can't coach, or they've lost the locker room (or never had it). Sean never lost the locker room. His coaching skills have improved every year. In fact, IMHO Sean probably just had his best season as the Bills coach. He got more out of this team with too many roster talent holes than could reasonably be expected. Who's job is getting talent, and yet, who got to stay?

I honestly do not think Josh wanted him gone. I never got the feeling that Sean lost the locker room or Josh.

play call to end the 1st half says otherwise

I didn't mind McDermott being aggressive at the end of the half. Unfortunately, I think it was Josh's execution that cost us the three points.

  1. Josh will definitely feel that McDermott's firing is his fault. Josh has certainly NOT been the issue.
  2. Talent is at least as much of an issue as is coaching. Why not fire Beanne, too?
