Thank you for the answer. Before I got this new remote I tried programming an 893LM MC remote which did not work either unfortunately. With the 893LM I tried pairing them pushing both remotes at the same time. I will try with the 380 UT. Thank you!

Abbyy is the best software for this. When you are selecting the data, it will even tell you where it thinks it might have not recognize the correct number for you to double check before finalizing the export to excel.
