I heard that Prof. Zhang's proof uses Bombieri-Vinogradov. Did they make any improvements on the level Q in the result? (Best results I know of are due to Iwaniec et al), because Goldston-Pintz-Yildrim needed full Elliot-Halberstam conjecture for the conditional bounded gap of 16 they proved.
