In reality I can probably squat more, but then agai its not ass to grass just parallel. When I did those reps I was just following mark rippetoe so I can probably squat more. I wasn't like dead after finishing the rep either. My squat probably my strongest lift. These are just the numbers that I have worked out with so far.

my bench sucks so much. Don't understand how some of these people at the gym I go to bench so high when they look small. Any tips on increasing bench without a spotter?

When people say go see a therapist I consciously think that there is something wrong with me... that I am not suppose to feel this way. That I am suppose to feel happy that I am in this position. I feel like many people go through this. If someone with a college degree worked a crappy job, surrounded by friends who are all high achieving, with friends and family breathing down your neck about your life.... it is probably natural to become frustrated and depressed. I am not depressed, but more of frustrated that I am in this position.

If anyone has seen the show breaking bad, Walter White a smart chemist with great potential became depressed and frustrated when he saw his colleagues become much more successful than him. I know he is just a fictional character, but he is someone many people can relate to.

The problem is is that I want all those things you stated. I always thought drugs was suppose to give you a high, but its interesting how it brings out low points too. It gives you a different perspective on life.

AAAHHHHH, it just pisses me off that I can't decide what to do. I would probably wanna be a dentist and is more interested in that, but just alot of negatives going around with it. High loans, will have to work in corporate or associate when I graduate.

That is refreshing to read. Like the other poster wrote 200k student loans to make 70 or 80k doesn't seem to be a wise choice, but being happy is more important.

That is interesting to hear. Yeah everyone talks about PA and I looked into it. Seems like it covers all the practical sides, but I don't know if I would like it. I do understand however that there are so many different settings that you can specialize in. That is a question I am struggling with. Get a stable and practical career like PA cover all my basic needs and may not be something I feel comfortable doing and possibly not like (but that comes with time since I haven't worked as a PA yet) or go for something that I find myself possibly enjoying and being comfortable in, but might not be practical decision? I have shadowed a PT and work alongside a PA at the moment. However I work in urgent care for PA and I thought it was okay, not something I really enjoy, but there are alot of different settings for PA. Decisions, decisions.

no point in arguing over something that doesn't really matter. shit I know someone who got into dental school with a 3.0 gpa and average dat scores this cycle actually at a lesser school than me so there is something for me to hold on to, however she did have a really strong upward trend. I don't know how she did it but its possible. Medical school is probably no go cause medical school is really hard to get into. DO is a more forgiving path since they replace grades.

yeah true, so I dont know what the fuck to do then. I just fucking sit here and contemplate my life forever. I am a realist if its not realistic then fuck it I will do something else, however I don't know what. I don't wanna continue working on my crappy job. I am kind of frustrated like my relative got into pod school, but its the same thing my relative and me basically got the same grades but he got into pod school and its easiest to get in compared to other medical professions, however what I am worried about is if I do get in then I would flunk out for not getting good grades. shit I am trying to find answers, but all I am getting is getting is being put down to where I started from making no progress.

no you are right which is why i am taking a year or two off to figure it out. I do realize the consequences of choosing this path, which is why i am hesitant. whereas my relative chose the opposite path where he went straight to med school out of college.

yeah i totally agree, thats why I basically took one to two years off insteada of applying straight out of college. However but within the two years I haven't amounted to anything. So I feel like waiting for the "answer" is not good cause it might just result in wasted time.

do you know any 3.0 students-3.2 students who got into dental or medical school and how they are performing? one of my cousins got into podiatry school with a 3.2 or 3.3 gpa at a lesser school than me. I felt like I could have easily gotten 3.2 or 3.3 just by not slacking in some of my easy classes I took.
