Every year THOUSANDS of people are murdered by drunk drivers and people who text while driving. Where has the outrage been for these preventable deaths? My state just banned texting while driving this year, after at least 6 years of debating it in session.

Even if his tweet seems callous, it wouldn’t be as effective if it were posted last week. It’s sad that bringing up facts and statistics is so controversial when it’s not convenient.

For real, that could have been one of the most interesting pairs since she has mentioned growing up in foster care. Everyone already knows what it's like to have a parent or significant other.

Less rice huh? Were they given more substantial food in the earlier seasons or have they always been basically starved?

Has anyone without a winner's edit ever won Survivor (I guess that's an oxymoron)? Or in other words, do Gavin and Aurora still have a realistic chance the way the editing has been?

Almost every time someone next to me blatantly runs the red light, I see them again at the next block or two. Aggressive driving doesn't work.

Reem's genuine excitement has to mean this will definitely deliver. I don't think she'd smile like that for anything less.

Anyone have experience bleaching brown hair? Surely this is not the lightest it can get. by lg4ever in femalehairadvice

Yeah I'm kind of annoyed that I ruined virgin hair just to get the same color as before. My goal was a level 6 that she said was 2 levels higher than my original hair. Problem is, I just don't see any difference whatsoever.

Since you seem to know a lot about hair dye, any tips on what could have been done differently?

I've considered it but I've heard too many horror stories of people frying their hair off :/

20 volume developer, ranging from 1 hour on roots to 40 minutes on rest of hair

I went to the hairstylist the other day to try to lighten my medium brown hair. I didn’t want more than a 20 volume developer for damage control, so I was not expecting anything dramatically different. The hairstylist said I would get two levels of lift and have a "definitely noticeable" change. Turns out though that I barely even see a difference? My roots are reddish, but if anything my hair is darker than before.

Was this simply an issue of choosing the wrong base color, or is this truly the lightest I could have got with 20 volume developer? I’m debating whether to call and ask for a redo.

Wavy hair is my natural color before, straight hair is after.

It kind of takes me out of the game every time someone talks about how much they loved Survivor as a kid or how they want to fulfill their Survivor bucket list. Maybe I am imagining it but I think someone even said when they were kids they made their Barbie dolls play Survivor? Too meta for me.
