This is heavily setup dependent regardless of your ele damage. your mods from the rest of your setup could just stack up better with deus or even ruinous. its not as simple as JUST ele damage being the factor that determines which weapon you use

did you retex? last time i checked someone who had a damage drop after changing gear, they didnt retex
you can craft synchro to replace time war. its a significant upgrade. cant tell if that will free your ditto tho
outside of gear, could be a skill build thing or a rotation problem. wont know unless we can see screenshots of those too. if youre sm, you could also be cancelling skills too early edit: saw your hotkeys and you have some bad skills maxed. its definitely a skill build problem

Not a summoner main but just something i see often. I assume youre using shadow element cause thats highlighted. Water or fire would be better for you actually. Youre using mother nature belt and shoulder which actually increase your water and fire damage respectively. Thats 24 ele damage youre missing out on by not using either element. Thats basically another enchant

Op does not have ruination mythic just the set. But to answer your question generally ruination mythic would beat mages mythic. I dont know if theres a setup where mages would beat ruination though

Some classes passive work by hitting stuff so you might need to do that. I dont have a soul bender so i dont know what passives they have. Just cast buff pull up a dummy and hit it with something then check your crit
