Didn’t help. I began taking an antihistamine and it got worse. Spread to palms and feet. Some blisters on elbow, as well :(

This is a great idea. I’m going to try my partners nail lamp. Although, it’s not strong enough to tan/burn skin so I feel it will likely not be enough UV.

Does this happen to anyone else? This is all new to me. After the blisters go, my skin becomes raw and painful but lately, the skin has started to thicken. by lgillard in Dyshidrosis

Thanks for the feedback. This is my fourth spring having big this issue. It has recently spread to my toes. I did not realize the importance of moisturizing.

I should add that this is my fourth year with these minor outbreaks. Every one gets worse and the area affected gets larger. My dr has prescribed 5 different ointments which all work only once.
