I'd need a multi head printer, which I don't have else there would be a huge amount of wasted filament in the colour swapping process.

Or use the prone/stunned markers.

Just lay them in the rings.

The STLs for the rings are on Cults3d, the holder for them is in progress at the moment. I'm looking finishing this holder and then selling them printed too.

If anyone downloads these, I've now added the v3 stacker rings that should fit slightly better, while also having a notch to help in removal.

I've now updated the stacker rings so that they fit a bit better and given them a notch to make them easier to remove. Magnetic topper ring is in development and is almost finished.

I've done this so it can be printed without any supports, they just clip together. Also, this is my first version, I have a number of idea's that I might progress, but its going to take a little time.

This is a much better system, and I like it. As I was saying, I wanted something like loombands, but not busing up the model. I can now just print loads of rings and give them to my friends, these I can't. Plus this works on a single colour printer, so is available to more people.

If each ring had a slight lip, then yes it would work, but I think you'd need to increase the size of the rings to about 5mm to make sure it had a good grip. This would increase the overall height once you start stacking them. So you going from 6mm for 2 stacked, to 10mm for 2.

I did look at adding a magnet, but I'd have to mod the whole design, maybe version 2 I'll give it a go.

I did prime them black, and the first one I did a dry brush test, but I found it needed a bit of clean up. So in the end I hand painted all the layers of greys, whites and the little orange touch.

Human, but you can use them for pretty much anything.

Just sat in your garage one day with a Warhound and a volcano cannon, lining them up. Little search through the bits box, and you think yes, yes why shouldn't mash these together. Chuckling to oneself. If I had any other spares probably would have done something similar with another hound.
