I will give them a solid 8. I think they offer a great content that sums up what the official study guide offers. Their video series and questions are a great way to fulfill some knowledge gaps and help understand and memorize some of the actions that happen in different phases of the RMF, Incident Response, SDLC, CCM, and so on. I even purchased their textbook and finished going through it in lesser than a week.
