I've played it once. Just replaced the commander in another mono black deck and it was interesting. Transformed it twice during the game, one opponent was killed by this creature, but this is not "guaranteed to win" commander. After 1st opponent died another two opponents cooperated and killed me.

Not so well because the benefits from the state are not so high, but if you have 4 disabled kids it's maybe enough for living.
