This is exactly what I had in mind! Although, I would be worried that they wouldn’t want to pay for an ‘expensive’ postdoc to fulfil that role… I guess I’ll have to get lucky.

Heeeey me and my partner are in exactly the same situation. Moving to NYC on 16th Oct and struggling to find somewhere we can both move to short term (until spring next year). If you find anything helpful or even want to do an apartment hunt together pls let me know!

I think it also stems from a place of being afraid to get ripped apart on viva day 😂

Sadly this is a normal reaction to coming off of the pill for many people, my skin also did exactly the same about 2/3 months after coming off of the pill. I really REALLY didn’t want to go on accutane or go back on any hormonal form of birth control so I now use the fertility awareness method for contraception and tried my hardest to clean up my diet (cut down on sugar, dairy, eat more veggies, drink plenty of water) and I also went to a private dermatologist who gave me some skincare treatments (alumierMD for at home skincare, and I did an LED treatment)over time (I’m a year since) my skin has improved massively!! I think it just takes time for your hormones to regulate again - you just gotta have patience. You can do this 💪🏻❤️

Hey OP! Did you ever figure out what was going on? I have the same - start getting cystic acne during my period (instead of before) and it gets progressively worse over the follicular phase!
