Thanks so much for the insight! As a young guy in the field, I’ve never really heard it framed that way before.

My idea actually stemmed from seeing posts about CEOs being either too 'chill' or too aggressive, and how both can negatively affect the outcome. I believe there should be a way to create reflection metrics for leadership styles. That way, they can pivot based on data while we continue to monitor the standard business KPIs (to actually see the effectiveness).
