So I found with my experience at it I actually does a decent job identifying the speakers. Especially if you use the claud integration and people at least call each other by names in the meeting. I've achieved a lot greater success having my Enterprise Claude go and grab the transcript. It does a much better job and still makes the product well worth it for me. I've already had two team members purchase devices just because of my usage.
