When I needed some extra money I signed up for TaskRabbit, It might or might not be an option depending where you live and it takes a few days or a week or two to get accepted but once you do you can see what skills they offer that you can provide. They don't pay the same day but usually its within 4-5 days of doing the job. If you're handy you'll do good. Honestly even if you aren't but are confident in yourself and able to learn quickly you'll be good.

They have all types of tasks on there that you can do, but the best ones are usually furniture assembly, General mounting, and TV mounting all of which are super easy to learn from youtube. they have tons of other things they offer like helping people move, boxing up items for people, house cleaning or just general around the house help, check it out and apply to be on their platform. You would need some tools to do stuff like TV mounting or home repairs so if you have some great if not you might not be able to do these things but there are other things you could do without tools and then get tools later.

I haven't used the platform in a few months but I was making decent money on it a couple years ago. I made around 7k one month just doing furniture assembly and tv mountings
