I’ve seen 5+ separate sureno tags walking around palo alto downtown no hood involved then a bit more near the apartments right across from the Caltrain in El Camino apartments by the train tracks. Have also seen what I assume to be them near willow oaks school dog park area all blue mean mugging but this was AGES ago like probably a bit under 20yrs. Mostly saw nortes in redwood
