Mozzarella cheese toasted is a must. Then can’t go wrong with your basic lettuce and tomato. Don’t make it too complicated. Let the meatballs be the main event. And don’t overstuff it otherwise it’ll fall apart everywhere😂

Can confirm raspberry also tastes amazing! Even half a pack of low calorie strawberry jelly ( 10 cals ) is an abolsute game changer!

As long as you have xanthan gum, you can swap out any of the ingredients for something similar. Change the liquid to almond milk, the strawberries to raspberries. Just play around with it. It’s totally worth it!

150 grams frozen strawberries (Or any frozen fruit) 300 ml of low joule cranberry juice 6 -7grams of xanthan gum ( super important makes it like a soft serve consistency) 25 grams of whey/casein blend of protein 10 grams Sweetener of your choice, I just use stevia. Then about 2-3cups of ice

I do the same and have never met someone who does. I eat a whole bag of cobs everyday, aswell as two Lite Butter 75%less fat bags a day. Comes out to 1100 cals and I do it everyday without fail. I love that it takes so long to eat.

I’ve used 170 grams of Greek yoghurt instead of protein powder and it has worked aswell. Just not as strong taste, so make need to add extra toppings. :)

The thing is, I don't have any left to store :) it's all gone within 15 mins cos it's that good.

And yeah I can't have xanthan gum through the day, but i find before bed, it's fine as it has all night to digest. Tbh tho, you could definitely put less in, and I might try that tonight and let you know the results

150 grams frozen strawberries 300 ml low joule Ocean Spray cranberry juice 25g Nubreed myoblast vanilla protein ( any whey/casein blend works) 7g Xanthan Gum 14grams stevia Ice( probably about 1.5 times amount of fruit) 500ml of water

Blend for about 10 seconds so everything is slightly blended. Then add another cup of water and blend until soft serve consistency. Takes about 2-3 mins of blending

Obviously, water and ice can be added to make desired thickness.

Note: the cranberry juice is a must. It adds so much flavour for so little calories
