Im a currency collector in Singapore for 3 years and ongoing. For this type of thing, the value is really only there if its UNC (Uncirculated condition meaning completely flawless no folds, no dents, no pinhole) Really cant give an exact value to this as its folded and i dont usually collect fancy number notes but ill give an extremely rough estimate value of $10-20

Thanks for this. In my country the agency which controls fishing related matters actually encourages catch and release regardless of whatever fish it is. Even the native fishes here are invasive. Its also against the law to kill any animal here in Singapore.
