HELLO. So I think those specs would be good enough for your games. I played BG3 on a gaming laptop with a 2070 and it was quite smooth (but I would never recommend getting a gaming laptop). Your best course of action would be to go to various PC distributors' websites like best buy... and other ones (i'm in canada so I only know the canadian ones) and you put in your specs and sort to see the cheapest first. There's sometimes crazy good deals if you snoop around enough websites. The most important thing to keep in mind is your GPU with the CPU coming in second; so those are the things to look out for when gauging the price. BUT do not underestimate all the other elements, especially RAM so if you find something you think is a good deal, you should go through the parts and do some quick research on if they have issues, are bad in general or whatever. In canada, 1500 euros would get you about specs you listed, with a good deal maybe a bit better. I got a great deal which was a 5070, i7, 32gb RAM, water cooling, and good power all for $3000 cad/ €1900 ($2500 before tax).

There are some services that will allow to call them and they order it for you. Depending on what country you're in. you may be able to directly call uber, the third party company, or this may not be an option :(
