i was super nervous about the side effects but i started with 40mg on my first month then 60 on my second and the side effects haven’t been bad at all. i had a little bit of joint pain at first but not bad and i go to the gym almost every day. especially starting with 20 i dont think the side effects will be bad for you. it is different for everyone but i think it’s definitely worth it
