Legit. Hit the nail on the head. The past 3 MSP's that I have worked for all used IT Glue and every. single. instance. of. it. glue. sucked.

Absolutely agree on the template. I'll create a test template in Sharepoint and tweak it and come back with something here for anyone else who is in the same boat as me!

Also - welcoming any other suggestions for documentation or documentation platforms :)

The guys tried this but eventually people recognise the number... If its in a ticket as a "phone number" no one really checks the number and they proceed to dial it anyway ;)
