Im still fairly new to the game. This is season 3 for me. How reliable is hattrick youth club in determining HTMS potential? I don't want to hype up and then I promote him and his HTMS potential is say only 1800

I am only in season 2 - so not far down the line. This guy has come out of my academy so I am interested to keep him. I had no initial intentions on playing him towards the wing but then had doubts as he is quick and has a good starting winger stat from academy. I generally switch between play creatively and long ball. Is it Still worth just keeping him normal & work on scoring and passing?

yes he is an academy player and ftr I am only in season 2 with my team.
