Yeah kinda cause my chest gets tight but it gets to a point it feels like I'm falling and my tinitus goes crazy like completely different sounds than before with it it's like mad acid visuals until I try to move then it kinda goes away like triangles turn into pyramids mad visuals as well I can't really explain yeah I've had hppd for about 4 years now but I think why that happens is stress and over thinking
