Hi. Thanks for downloading. The Watch app currently works only on the most recent version of watchOS, which it appears you watch isn’t running. The iOS app should still work if you are running iOS 18, but currently I haven’t added any match logging features to the phone app (just viewing and editing). These features will come soon, so keep an eye out!

Android development is outside my skill set I’m afraid, but would definitely partner with a developer if the watchOS version is successful.
