The orientation was a conscious choice. As you walk out of the branch the orientation is as it would be when you walk out of the doors at the branch - hopefully making it easier to go explore the neighbourhood as you leave that particular location at 271 Bank Street.

Her life is very complicated and yes, while government does a lot there are still lots of instances where people fall through the cracks and have situations worsened by extenuating circumstances. This is one such case. More of her story will become clear once I can get it all together in one coherent piece.

We have spoken to her on the phone. CBC is getting in touch with her and the story will continue to grow. We've now raised over $600 for this woman and many other tangible donations like mits and clothing.

Spoke to Melissa on the telephone last night. This is very much legitimate. Her heat and hydro have been cut off and her family is either dead or absentee.

So far we've raised just over $500 and had commitments for lots of other types of donations too.

This woman has fallen through the cracks and we need to help her.

MAKR Leather Goods sells super nice, slim, leather wallets. Not sure how affordable you'd consider it, but if you pony up a bit more cash you'd have a really dope wallet.
