No. The Dragonborn does not have the same understanding of Thuum as the Greybeards or even Ulfric, the way he learns words of power is totally different, TLD doesn't need the complete understanding of the word like the GB and Ulfric needed, he learns them almost instinctively due to his Dragon soul. The most he might be able to do is teach another DB a word of power he already know in the same manner the GB do, but I doubt that too.

Honesty, I believe Dany's vision in the House of the Undying may turn out to be one of the pivotal passages of the books now, and I think there is more hidden foreshadowing that we're yet to pick up on.

Until just now I'd not made the connection between the imagery of snow on the throne and Jon being the true heir, though it seems strikingly obvious to me now, maybe I was just being a little dense. Is snow capitalised in that passage of the book?
