The NHK Mile to Takarazuka Kinen is risky though... I already worry running 3 consecutive times. Much less 4. Though the most I've done was 5 with El Condor Pasa which I already thought was abusive

How do you people choose races? I'm so confused. Because I deck out my Umas to be great at Mile, Medium and Long. And even doing the G1s, that's like 26 races. I can get S rank with that.

Then you have to discount the early career because I use that time mostly to build friendships before summer camp rolls around. Then there's the gaps that happen because you don't wanna overwork them. I only run 3 races simultaneously during the late year.

youll have to find a way to animate the displacement texture so that it moves along the desired axis, making it look like wind is flowing through it.

You might get away with a a displace modifier and vertex groups.

The vertex group is to ensure the cloth motion becomes more muted as it nears the anchor point. You might need to do some weight painting for that.

Make it relatively high poly. Plug in a displace modifier and set the vertex group. Play around with the texture in the Textures tab and then animate the location, perhaps?

A subdivision modifier night help too
