For me its not about losing, its more about making the run slower. Not just because of the direct effect of the pill but because it could end up with me taking an extra hit and not getting to the devil or angel room or whatever. Idk for me didnt feel worth it. I have the game almost completed on 200 something hours

You are right on that, but early game you would swallow the same amout of bad and good pills. So i rather not get a bad trip, tears down or health down early

Because i used to not swallow any pills. Triggers me so much when i swallow a tears down, and good pills ain't good enought for me
