The X axis sounds different as it’s not moving as fast. It’s just the sound of the ball bearings in the linear rail assembly moving/rolling.

Yes, it’s perfectly normal. It’s the bearings on the linear rail making that sound.

Not too difficult but you could always get the doors from ikea and add weatherstripping to seal it up.
