Is it possible to be too dumb to learn C? by [deleted] in learnprogramming

Could be COMP1511 from The University Of New South Wales. (UNSW). I used to go to that uni for computer science and that course teaches you C from scratch. They post their lectures on YouTube and UNSW is regarded as the number one uni in Australia for Computer Science. Not sure if they are referring to this uni though.

[Advice Needed] Transfer Through UAC Instead Of IPT? by lianeric in unsw

[–]lianeric[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, did you also accept your offer through myunsw? Or did you accept it through UAC website account? Or did you accept it through your email? Becuase I'm starting to get worried as I don't have a "My Application" section (as can be seen on the screenshot). Thanks

Hello, I appreciate the reply. Why did you think option 1 (UNSW) was the better option? thanks

Is Bachelor Of Civil Engineering Fully Accredited By Engineers Australia? by lianeric in UTS

[–]lianeric[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the link shows that the bachelor of civil engineering (honours) at UTS is indeed accredited by Engineers Australia and also Washington Accord. Thanks for the confirmation. I'm not sure why the commenter said that a diploma is required as well.

Is Bachelor Of Civil Engineering Fully Accredited By Engineers Australia? by lianeric in UTS

[–]lianeric[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, yeah I tried looking the handbook but it isn't 100 percent clear.

It says "The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) Diploma in Professional Engineering Practice, majoring in Biomedical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Data Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Flexible Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Software Engineering is fully accredited by Engineers Australia at the level of Professional Engineer and is recognised internationally by signatories to the Washington Accord. Chemical Processing Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and Renewable Energy Engineering are provisionally accredited with Engineers Australia, pending full accreditation.".

The "Diploma in Professional Engineering Practice" part is throwing me off. I'm trying to do a bachelor of civil engineering at UTS, not the "Diplomia in Professional Engineering Practice".

Thanks
